Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) no longer supported

The O/S that this image is based on is no longer supported. Is it possible to upgrade to the latest LTS release, which would be 20.04? Is there any reason not to base this image on ubuntu:latest, which is always the latest LTS release of Ubuntu?

It's need to test. Utorrent was built for old ubuntu. I don't know how it will work on latest ubuntu

I see that the server itself appears to be dead: https://www.utorrent.com/downloads/linux

I've switched over to qbittorrent server instead.
