I tested image ac42dc9c3899d5bcc21fda3e72f6687e5b5c128f now on RKE2 and it's still the same

Ingress Controller: upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure

I'm too getting this on Oracle Linux 9, Kernel 5.15.x, Cilium 1.15.x ci image and k8s 1.28.5

Is your Cloud Provider pod coming up or health at all ? Provider ID needs to be set on the Node(s) for CAPHV I think to get it.
