tempC and maxtempC are the same

Open wgao11 opened this issue 4 years ago • 3 comments

Hi, Thank you very much for this useful package. I've noticed that the scrapped tempC and maxtempC are the same. Is it a bug in the script or the data error from the WWO? Thank you. Best,

Erica

Hi @wgao11 , I did not have this issue, could you please try with the different city name and let me know the result? Cheers, Ekapope

Hi @ekapope ,

I'm experiencing the same. Or at least: for me, maxtempC is not equal to mintempC, however, their values do remain constant during a day:

So according to data, on 2021-01-01 had a constant maxtempC of 12 and a constant mintempC of 10. I was expecting to see hourly changes (as I put frequency = 1)

Does the data just not have the required frequencies?

Cheers,

Jamie

Also found this issue

And after consulting the documentation and testing

I think tempC is an element in hourly
