Dutch translation

I have translated the .pot into Dutch, and have the .po file ready. Is the preferred way to contribute translations after the Google Code Export still via issues? Do you want me to attach the file here, or should I rather fork the repo and open a pull request for it with the file added?

Hi @gandreadis. Pull requests are prefered as it makes it easier to attribute the contribution to you. It's also the prefered way if any additional changes are needed.
