ResetBlockRotation, ResetBlockLocation, ResetBlockTransform

So this is a feature request for commands that individually resets rotation and location back to zero, and also one that reset both at the same time (transform). This has been mentioned in a few threads on Rhino Discourse where this script has come up, but other scripts are always required to perform this task as well.

Just for general information, these tools are now included in Rhino 8, out of the box.
