We need a test-suite, which will serve as a first form of documentation.

ocaml or python? I think this should be 2 issues. Please rename this to "python test suite" and open up a new issue for "ocaml test suite", perhaps?

Sounds good, I am thinking here about a python test-suite, OCaml tests should be taken care of by the deps.
