Cut levels in Info plugin do not display enough precision

In the Info plugin, the current cut levels are displayed beside boxes in which to type the new lo/hi cut levels. The displayed cut levels only show two digits of precision which is not enough when the values are very small.

Note that the actual cut level points are not affected, this is only a matter of display.
