Document how Contents behave when sorted by load time

With latest dev, Contents does not seem to respect the user preference to sort by load time anymore. It is always alphabetical order.

@ejeschke , confirmed this bug is in latest master. Thumbs sorting not affected.

Turns out it is just a misunderstanding. Contents still steps through by load time but the tree view display always sort by the column with a triangle icon. So, the solution for now is to explicitly document this subtlety. We should keep this issue open until doc is written.
