No Inputs or Outputs with ASIO in Windows audio Devices

I need help with my Windows audio devices. None of the SAR inputs or Outputs that I have made ever had shown up in the Sound. I've tried to have this work with multiple versions, 64bit. On the other hand, I'm not sure if this is an Ableton issue, but when I use SAR in Fl Studio, the Windows sound Devices still don't show up.

First, install Reaper and set up SAR using that Otherwise, try the SAR discord..
