where is file "gleason_scores.csv"?

Trying to run "plot_test_cohort_results.ipynb" results in a FileNotFoundError. I downloaded all the files from https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/OCYCMP and put them in the correct directory structure. But nothing contains a .csv file.

Where can I get the file "dataset_TMA/tma_info/ZT76_gleason_scores.csv"?
