Kuboard 无权限在 AWS 申请 EBS，导致 Prometheus 无法正常安装

导入的 AWS EKS 集群，安装 prometheus ，初始化时 Pod/prometheus-k8s 启不来。看了下是申请不到PVC，报错是因为kuboard没有权限在AWS创建EBS，具体报错信息如下

想确认下这个授权应该怎么做，Kuboard 上哪里可以授予 AWS 的用户权限
