UI For Jukebox mode

Currently the whole iSub app goes into Jukebox mode. This is confusing and makes the code complicated. This should be a subsection in the Subsonic tab.

  1. Needs some type of player/remote control view
  2. Needs a view to see the jukebox playlist
  3. Needs a way to manage the jukebox playlist
