Can't download

but i got this error:
Does anyone same thing happens to me when you download this video?

If you go to https://github.com/einstein95/crunchy-xml-decoder/pull/78/files and download those newer versions of the files that appears to work fine for me.
Having the same problem, seems like newly released videos are easy to download but when it comes to older videos than it comes up with that error. I tried to download the files mentioned by ch2304 but to no avail nothing has been solved as of yet
I'm having troubles installing M3U8? I have the file downloaded it won't run in Python what's the solution?
Nvm seems I was able to do it myself haha, but it seems the video download size has decreased, I usually would expect the download size to be around 500-560mb but now the videos can range from 320-420mb.
As mentioned elsewhere, the HLS streams are using at least VBR, if not an outright lower bitrate.
Running into a problem with a downloading;
