The 9.0.1 seems to be more stable. I've only seen a few crashes so far.

@DanWBR If error messages should be displayed in terminal, the dwsim should be started from terminal. All other applications in Linux Desktop starts without terminal.
I have custom desktop file, thus there no problem for me.
The placement of normal windows is OK for me. The dialog windows are also OK.
