Title. Even if you have reservations about linking something potentially malicious in readme.md like that, you should just do that but place a BIG RED DISCLAIMER ASKING PEOPLE NICELY TO NOT BE RETARDS - like that.

I'm specifically interested in a Yandex Images redirect that would open original image on click and not prompt me to register a personal KGB profile that I have no use for. It's doable and I can write it myself, but I know someone already did.
