Make date format configurable

Hello again, Is it possible to make the date format configurable? Meaning how the date is entered, how it appears in the suggestions and how on the cards. Thanks! Eresturo

Displaying is certainly possible. I could provide several patterns or let the user define how {{dateLong}} and {{dateShort}} should look like and use this everywhere not only on the card.

Entering is a bit more tricky…. My plan was to use the html5 date-input (as suggested here https://github.com/eikek/docspell/issues/186#issuecomment-735214901). Then it is only possible to change this by switch browser locale (afaiu).
