Steps to Reproduction:

1. Edit Document
2. Edit Note
3. Save Note
4. Edit Note
5. Save Note (+1 Save Button)
6. Edit Note
7. Save Note (+1 Save Button) ... And so on.

Sorry for the delay. I can't reproduce this - I suspect some intervention by browser plugins. What browser are you using? Can you try in private mode?
