Birth names for persons
Hello again :)
Here's another idea: Save the birth name of persons and assign documents to the same person, if the (obsolete) birth name is found on the document? What do you think?

Hi @eresturo - oh tbh this feels like a very specific thing. I never had the need to record birthnames of my people :) Do you mind to share more about the concrete use for this?
Hi, i have some details about this.
Imagine Peter Parker marries Marry Jane... They could keep their names or change their names:
Peter Parker & Marry Parker Peter Jane & Marry Jane Peter Parker-Jane & Marry Jane Peter Parker & Marry Jane-Parker
But you do not change the Name on all organizations at once. Therefore, the one with changed name could get letters with it's maiden name or new name.

Ok, I see. I'm just wondering if this is a very common scenario that happens in reality for this tool?
I think nicknames could also be candidates for this. Maybe it's better to have a text box with just "alternative names", instead of fields with specific meanings, then. This would only apply to the NLP step anyways. It doesn't apply to the classifier, which should figure this out already given there are enough samples (in theory :-))
"alternative Names" would be sufficiant i think.
