A html gallery with many pictures could benefit from a simple grouping, for example to group by year or month.

As pointed out by @arvindsv in [this comment](https://github.com/eikek/chee/issues/4#issuecomment-270104779) it is useful to have the subsecond time in the metadata to sort burst images.
