When will 1.0.0 be released?

I'm using v 0.0.12 at the moment (the latest stable release), but I'd like to use @base64d, which is only available in the previews.

The previews of 1.0.0 haven't reached stable status since 2019, so I'm wondering when this release is planned for.

Alternatively, would it be possible to make a 0.0.13 with @base64d included?
