PlantUML support?

According to https://drawio-app.com/use-plantuml-in-draw-io/ PlantUML should be able to be inserted via Arrange > Insert > Advanced > PlantUML. But, it doesn't show when I'm using it in VSCode on Windows. I have 1.0.3. Here's what I see:
