[Feature Request] Update Product Client Use Case Tasks (Tasks 1 & 3)

Motivation

Please update the first and third tasks in the product client use case to the following:

Task 1 (Updated): Access the ticket management system at (https://eiti.eigent.ai/) add all this new tickets into our system with Browser Agent: ’’ Affected User: Alice Johnson Assignment Group: Software Services Team Assigned To: Michael Brown Priority: 4 – Low | Urgency: 3 – Medium | Impact: 4 – Low Affected Service: Software Services Issue: Application Performance Degradation Description: The affected user reports slow response times and intermittent timeouts when accessing internal software applications during normal business hours. ‘’ Once done, check the incoming tickets and generate a detailed statistical report analyzing which IT areas have the most issues and the highest financial impact. The report should include charts and diagrams for visualization.
