dRICH: update envelope dimensions and positioning

rmax2 = 180, down from 185
zmin = 200, up from 195; this is a shift in +z by 5 cm
zmax = 322, up from 320 (after shift of zmin to 200); extra 2 cm on the back end
bore diameters: 20.0 to 35.2
considering a vertical FMS split; would require 90 degree rotation of the sectors

• [ ] cross check these numbers with Alessandro's slides
  • note the 2cm gain on the back end is from communication during the meeting, and may not be on the slides
• [ ] change the envelope
• [ ] check the optics
• [ ] re-tune the optics

Business as usual. Every time the envelope is changed the optics need to be checked and re-tuned, even if it's "just a small change".
