That windows displays just basic system information, it does not mean the video card is not available for encoding. Just try nvidia encoders (h264_nvenc/hevc_nvenc), or use the preset wizard.
Have you tried the stream multiplex tab? Just add the two files and merge the streams of your choice?

Is your windows theme dark? Can you send a sample of other application title bar?

I have found that running it as Windows 2003 or Windows XP solves the problem.
Hi, there is some weird problem that some users told me they solved it by renaming the executable file FFbatch.exe to any other name, like FFbatch2.exe
Could you please update to version 3.0.9 and try again? Does it occur with other buttons, like multi-file encoding?
I can't reproduce this issue. Pleae try uninstalling completely and installing latest version.
