tag releases in git

I'm packaging this for void linux, and atm only crates.io provides downloadable archives based on the version, but the bundle from crates.io does not contain the license files, which are required for void. If you could tag the releases in git, it would make this a lot easier.

@ehuss I'll close the PR at void-packages, because this seems inactive. I'll leave this issue open though.
