I'm guessing that this is the source code that accompanies "Continuous Distributed Representation of Biological Sequences for Deep Proteomics and Genomics."

Is there any plan to release it? I am trying to build similar models and this would be a useful reference.

Sure, I am currently busy, but I am going to release some of the data and codes soon. Maybe by late August. Are you looking for something specific?

Thanks! Anything to help replicate the paper would be helpful. I'm mostly interested in the vectorization of amino acid sequences and the (tensorflow?) implementation of the model.
