Add native open source RAM Cleaner

Details

Currently, this mod using a third-party ram cleaner which is also not an open-source app. Since I have planned to make everything open-source in this project. So, I have also a plan for making an open-source RAM Cleaner for this project. Though it might take some time. Any help will be appreciated.
