默认nps.conf

Describe the bug 执行reload 报错reload fail。使用默认配置文件nps.conf无修改 /etc/nps/nps.conf /解压目录/conf/nps.conf 都试过 版本v0.26.10

1. sudo nps reload
2. 2021/10/20 22:36:28 reload fail

提示reload fail 但是实际保存成功。修改账号密码等后可以使用新密码登录。 同时登录接口没做限制，可以暴力破解。这个问题可以NGINX反代限制频率。 但是后续遇到其他问题了，改用方案了。

我的情况不太一样 reload之后 依然可以用之前的admin/123登录，而新配置的账号密码依然失效
