Tag each post based on its Text

Based on the Post text, we will extract a tag or more to be able to filter posts by tags in the future

and maybe we can implement a mapping system to map words to it's standers word, example: any post contain [ 'ruby', 'روبي' , 'روبى'] get a Ruby tag.

i'm working on phase 1 on this task, which is tag the post based only on the hashtags used in it.
