Warning Constans

There are a lot of warnings all of them into class constants of EmailParser. Some of them have a value used for comparison (like RFC5322_LOCAL_TOOLONG), but most of them don't. So the idea is to standardize the values of all of the constants maintaining the values for those used for comparisons.
