Corpse not allowing players to retrieve items

A few times now my players would die and return to their corpse to retrieve the items. When they click on their body nothing would happen. They were not allowed to get their items. The corpse would disappear when they would log out and back in. They would lose all of their items.

This was on the console when I checked it. I assume this is the invisible cow used for the hotbox that was messed up? any fix for this?
