Upgrade UI to version 0.2.0

This has a lot of breaking changes hence the bump of version

  • Responsive Web Design

  • from xo to eslint

  • updated ALL packages to latest

  • fixed compatibility issues from the above

  • trimmed dependencies a bit

  • split header component into multiple components for easier positioning

  • switched to resize by css: resize: ... because had issues with previous version

  • added url params: pans, menu, layout
