All current recorder scripts have now been updated with (hopefully) functional code. The changes will be included in the next release.

Issue may be caused by the provided capabilities. `appium:app` requires a local path to an application file. `com.apple.mobilecal` is a bundle id, therefore `appium:bundleId` should be used. For now, closing...

The fix should be included in `appium-uiautomator2-driver` v2.0.4 or later. Note that it is only compatible with Appium 2.
