How about 3D models?
These are 3D files for Cherry MX switches with square hole for LED, PCB mount: https://github.com/Supermagnum/kicad-packages3D/blob/master/Button_Switch_THT.3dshapes/SW_Cherry_MX_1.00u_PCB.step

Hi Supermagnum, thanks reporting. I appreciate you taking the time to do this. This is actually already in the works on a separate branch. See https://github.com/egladman/keebs.pretty/blob/std-lib-prep/SW_Cherry_MX_Matias_Hybrid_Oval_1.00u_PCB.kicad_mod#L43#L47
I failed to communicate this in the repo, so there was no way for you to know. I still need to do some testing to insure the models line up visually with the footprints.
I'm slowly working on getting this footprint library submitted to the offical kicad libray. These changes required for the offical kicad library will then be backported to this repo. Progress is slow as things are hectic in my personal life right now. Follow #7 for the latest info.
i should mention I'm using the cherry 3d models already present in kicad's official library. I'm unsure how they differ from your repo. I would need to do some digging. Any idea?
