Example tscircuit Generation

I think there are some issues with the generation (I think?), but this shows how to do it. This could be extended to also have a github workflow that publishes to the tscircuit registry, or this whole thing could exist in another repo etc.

If you go into the tscircuit directory you can run npm i then npm run start to see the dev server with all the footprints.
