Updated deepl-cli in compliance with deepl changes

  • The banner now has a different name: data-testid=cookie-banner-lax-close-button -> data-testid=cookie-banner-strict-accept-all. Not required for use_dom_submit: False.
  • Deepl now inserts a empty line at the end of the translation. It can just be skipped.
  • I noticed that the line break characters were missing. I don't know what change in the site's DOM caused this, but I fixed it.
