[Feature Request] update egg-socket.io to support socket.io version 3 and version 4

Background

egg-socket.io support socket.io version 2 now, but socket.io version already update to version 3 and version 4.

Proposal

support socket.io version 3 and version 4, even config socket.io version manual.
