.bans is useless

the .bans command is completely useless, .bans all uses your console channel, you can't specify which one you want, with console channel * there is simply no way to get a decent banlist, needs to be fixed. At the very least it should enable ".bans #chan all" Found by: LuminolBlue

I think this ties into a broader issue with the whole concept of "console channel". This idea has confused users for generations. Maybe it's time that we get rid of console channels all together and require that a channel name always be specified in commands that require it.

I've run into that also, such as if the bot automatically bans for flooding, there's no way to see that without changing console channel or viewing eggdrop.user. I like console channels, but thomney is correct '.bans' has major problems...
