Can you copy paste the generated data-prototype?

AFAIR, the prototype is fine, you only have one textarea with a unique ID. Where do you see a duplicated id?

IMO, there is something wrong with the replacement of the placeholder which is part of the prototype. A collection should never have the same index used multiple times. Does this...

I have also open an issue on this repository: genemu/GenemuFormBundle#422 but it seems this repository is not maintained anymore.
