- Translate existing strings to Turkish

Couldn't find any Turkish language option in the Crowdin project, so I decided to throw the json file instead.

Note: Version range is taken directly from MiniHUD repository, if different, please edit.

Tried to reproduce that in the Playground as seen in the image below:  Disabled "Minify" and chose the latest version (1.22.1).
