[Feature request] Simplify arguments to save as ID filename

By default write comments to youtube-id.txt unless file exists:

$ youtube-comment-downloader https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ID
xxx comments saved to ID.txt

Different URL types may apply: YouTubeURLFormats.txt

Automatically save to ID.txt or ID.comments unless file exists so ask for overwrite confirmation. If flag -y is specified automatically overwrite file if exists. The rest of arguments are fine.
