I've added a `--pretty` option in v0.1.67.

The newest version has a `--pretty` option, which will change the output format to indented JSON.

It's probably OK to close it, assuming the problem is in the graph itself.

To debug this further, we need to know how many circuits there are (`Debug/Tunnels/Circuits` tab) and to which peers we are connected (`Debug/Tunnels/Peers` tab).
