Badges!

Description

What are Badges? Badges can be placed next to your username, you can win these with certain events and it will be always there!

There could be badges for BombSquad Pro players that buyed it or the badge for transfering V1 account to a V2 account, etc.

Related to #205. The 'events' could be things like tournaments, campaign mode, etc.

Icons will probably be updated to be able to do this in the future instead of adding another class of "badges"
