First-Time Setup

Description

The first time you open the game, the game will receive you with a first-time setup.

Solution

The first-time setup would let you configure things like language, show ping, etc.

An example would be the first-time setup that implemented Osu! Lazer.

This is really not necessary since a first-time setup only makes sense when there are settings that are hard to decide a default for.

Oh I forgot to clarify why I closed this

The reason was that bombsquad is a party game which ppl can just throw on the tv and start playing Having a setup screen for a game would be annoying and unnecessary If you think otherwise then reopen the issue
