Bug[Windows]: Blurry text and texture on HiDPI monitor

Description

When run game on Windows platform with HiDPI monitor (2736 x 1824, 3840 x 2160 etc.), game text and item texture will be blurry. This happens both on Windowed Mode and Full Screen Mode.

Steps to reproduce

1. Prepare a HiDPI monitor
2. Set Windows system scale to 100% above (in my case, 200% scale)
3. Run game
4. Font and texture are now blurry

Expected behavior

Game should scale to 2x correctly, texture and text look should be clear

Platform: Windows 11 BombSquad version: 1.7.32
