Add Third Master Server for Chinese Users

Problem Overview:

Due to China's unique internet restrictions, I have created a program that allows Chinese users to access the master server using a proxy. I propose adding this program as a third master server to facilitate access for users in China.🐼

By incorporating this project as a third master server, we aim to enhance the gaming experience for Chinese users who are unable to directly access the main servers.

Additional Information:

Automatic Translation Feature: I have implemented an automatic translation feature for the project, allowing Chinese users to view a Chinese Ballistica web interface. This feature aims to alleviate the translation-related challenges often faced by Chinese users🙃

This sounds like a nice idea i suppose, there are some concerns I have but I'll leave those for when/if this starts to to get implemented.
