language issue & fps limit & resolution

can't read Persian language in PC, i hope there is a way to fix that please give some fps options to graphic settings, some phones can support up to 120fps and some 120hz phones can't support it! and please fix the resolution settings, some phones have 1440p and 1080 screens but still have 480p and native options in the graphic settings. thanks
