Feature Request for Skip Map/Match vote

Voting system for next map/match

Adding a voting system to skip the current map/match would be a great idea, since admins are the only ones who control this things by using the /end command. For public users, I personally think there should be a voting system similar to the kick vote, instead addition of map/match skipping vote starter.

The current kick-voting system is pretty much a big hack built on top of the chat system; the server intercepts certain chat messages while a vote is going on and applies those to the vote. With the chat-filter stuff added not too long ago it should be possible now for a server to intercept chat commands and apply them to switching maps/playlists/settings/etc.

All my energy right now is going towards getting matchmaking and cloud servers working but if someone would want to take a stab at this I'd be happy to offer feedback.

Also I realize this would all work better if there was a way for servers to pop up simple GUIs on the client instead to get responses instead of relying on chat messages; I do have that on my eventual to-do list. (but if something works with chat responses now it should be easy to adapt it to GUI responses later)
