This is a companion to https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-specification/pull/1974, demonstrating that we retain backwards compatibility while deprecating `AcquisitionDuration` in favor of `FrameAcquisitionDuration` to indicate clustered volume acquisitions (e.g., https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16359873/).

Add notes about things some folks have found surprising that the validator doesn't ensure.

UTF-16 participants.tsv file crashes the validator instead of raising an issue

I haven't checked whether it's special to that file, any UTF-16 TSV file, or any UTF-16 file. This should be an error, not a crash.
