Refactor/mrv valdef

Please don't merge.

This is a PR that tries to reorganize how symbols are looked up. It is orthogonal to the thesis, but will help to eventually merge.

So far

  • I regrouped the symbol resolution, renamed it, and removed Named
  • I removed ValDef from resolvable Defs
  • I added an extension method boundSymbols to ValDef
